RETURNS

isabelleRANDALL creates both ready-to-ship accessories and made-to-order garments.
The returns policy below applies to ready-to-ship accessories only, including bags and small leather goods.

Bespoke, bridal and made-to-order garments are created specifically for each client and are non-returnable, except where required by law.

Ready-to-ship accessories

If you wish to return a ready-to-ship item, please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returned items must be:

  • In their original condition

  • Unworn and unused

  • Returned in original packaging

  • With any security seals or tags fully intact

Items that show signs of wear, use, damage, or tampering with security seals will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs and the safe return of the item are the customer’s responsibility. We strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

isabelleRANDALL reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the above criteria.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, any applicable refund will be processed within 14 days.

Where appropriate, the original standard delivery charge will be refunded.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method used at checkout.

Please allow 3–5 working days for funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a ready-to-ship item, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order and return the item within 7 days of receipt.

All items must be returned in their original, unworn and unused condition, with all tags and security seals fully intact.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Exchanged items will be dispatched once the original item has been received and inspected.

Bespoke, bridal and made-to-order garments

Bespoke, bridal and made-to-order garments are created specifically for each client following consultation, design development and fittings. As such, these items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, except in the unlikely event of a fault.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
