METHODS OF PAYMENT

Payments are processed securely at checkout using Shopify’s payment system.

All prices are listed in Pounds Sterling (£). If you are paying with an international card, your payment will be debited using the exchange rate applied by your card issuer or payment provider on the day of the transaction.


CANCELLATION & COOLING-OFF PERIOD

Standard Items

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order for standard (non-made-to-order) items within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason.

To cancel, you must notify us in writing within this 14-day period. Items must then be returned in accordance with our Returns Policy.

Return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility. Items must be returned unworn, unused and with all security tags fully intact.


Made-to-Order Items

Items that are made to order or produced specifically for you are exempt from cancellation rights under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

Once an order for a made-to-order item has been placed and production has begun, it cannot be cancelled, refunded or exchanged, unless the item is faulty or not as described.

This does not affect your statutory rights in relation to faulty or misdescribed goods.

All sale items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless faulty.
